Preparation
Our team of experts will inspect the wheel, checking for any debris and cleaning the wheel thoroughly to ensure the best results. If we have any concerns prior to the Diamond Cut Process, we will be fully open so you know what results can be expected of our Alloy Wheel Repair.
Lathe Process
Your alloy will then be placed onto our sophisticated lathe, and take an incredibly thin layer off the top of your alloy. This will reveal the alloys true colour.
Finishing
We will then apply a lacquer onto the top of the alloy, protecting the face of the alloy before we place it into our sophisticated ovens to set. Once this process has been completed, Silverims will carry out a full inspection of the wheel to ensure it meets our high standards.
